( Brief )
The seat
-
Map journeys and design flows, states, and edge cases.
-
Grow the token set and component library each release.
-
Review builds with engineering until they match the file.
-
Test ideas with real users before they reach the library.
-
Present decisions in the room, with the reasoning written down.
Tools
Figma, prototypes, and a working knowledge of how components are built.
How we work
One queue. Retainer or sprint. Feedback in the room. We hire slowly and keep the studio small on purpose.
