Send a short note with the problem, the date it has to ship, and who decides. We reply within five working days if we can take it.
As the proposal states — usually at kickoff and at milestones. We pause work if an invoice is late.
After that phase is paid. Working files stay with Norio until then. Handoff is Figma plus exports named in the proposal.
Yes, in writing. Added scope is a new piece of work, not an unpaid extra inside the old fee.

Yes. The studio is in Toronto; projects run remotely when a few hours overlap our office hours.
Five working days for new notes. Live projects reply in the weekly cadence we agreed.
