Strategy only matters if it changes a homepage. We write ours in the same file as the layout.
Words in the design file
We write headlines and calls to action inside the design file from day one. The strategy gets tested the moment it has to fit in a hero.
A short feedback loop
If a line does not fit, we change the line or the strategy. Either way the problem shows up in week two instead of week ten.
