A retainer is a weekly queue shared by identity, site, and product. Work is prioritized in the room, not by who filed the request first.
That keeps the studio working on what matters this week rather than on whatever arrived last.
Room to think
Every seat includes time for review and rework. Without it, a retainer drifts into production only, and the quality quietly drops.
